Stuffed apples

Stuffed apples

You need:
apples 3pcs.;
walnuts (or almonds) 30g;
curd cheese "Dobrynya" - 60 g;
butter 1 teaspoon;
egg (yolk) - 1 pcs.;
sour cream "Dobrynya" - 1-2 teaspoon;
sugar - 1-2 teaspoon.;
powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon.

Choose big one-sized apples. Wash and rub them down. Cut the tips from apples 5-7mm thick.
Carefully extract the core with knife (or peeler), without cutting the edges.

Make the stuff. Grind the curd cheese thoroughly; mix it with sugar, yolk and melted butter. Add milled walnuts.

Fill apples with curd cheese and bake them in hot oven (180C) until the desired degree of readiness. Apples can be left a bit underbaken, so that to make a flash a little crispy; or you can bring it to complete softening. Serve with sour cream, condensed milk or cream and sugar powder.
